ECHS Eligibility Rules for Ex-Servicemen & Dependents (2026)

Eligibility for Ex-Servicemen

Eligible:

  • Pension holders (service/disability/family pension)
  • War widows & NOK
  • Personnel boarded out with disability pension

Not Eligible:

  • Ex-servicemen without pension
  • Those using CGHS or other Govt medical schemes

Income Rules
